“The great: the beautiful beach!
The good : Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, AC was sufficient/good, pools were great, buffet food was good (especially breakfast), ala cart Asian restaurant was outstanding (Louisa was our waitress. She was great), coffee bar was great with great service.
The OK : most of the staff seemed very disinterested in being there. There were exceptions : Louisa, Jordan and the lady at the concierge desk.
The REALLY BAD : you cannot leave the private beach area or……

“The resort is set up in a garden where you find several swimming pools, a basketball shoot place, a nice beach with several options. You can paddle, canoe, banana tug, excursion desk, really a paradise!
Regarding food you have your choice according to the hour you are in the different hours daily. I recommend the buffet restaurant that has themed days every day.
The rooms are large and air conditioned, with a nice bed, a good tv and fan ceiling.

“El hotel es muy lindo , es un hotel nuevo, es notable, limpio y buenas condiciones, el servicio 4/10 , porque no sabían lo que estaban haciendo , la recepcionista se portó bien, pero tampoco tenía la información adecuada sobre la reserva, el camarero y bartender muy atentos conmigo.
